1. General Terms
By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
We provide consulting and appeal management services related to Amazon Seller accounts. We are not affiliated with Amazon and do not guarantee any specific outcome.
Amazon holds full authority over all account decisions, including suspensions, reactivations, and verification outcomes.
2. Nature of the Service
Our services include:
- Case analysis
- Root cause identification
- Strategy development
- Preparation of appeals (Plan of Action)
- Submission guidance or direct handling
- Follow-ups and re-submissions (where applicable)
We provide professional expertise and execution, but final decisions always depend on Amazon.
3. Client Responsibilities
To proceed with the service, the client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
- Provide all requested documentation
- Follow all instructions given
- Not submit independent appeals while we are working on the case
Failure to comply may affect results and void refund eligibility.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 50% refund in specific cases where the service is unsuccessful, subject to the conditions outlined below.
4.1 Account Suspension Appeals
Fixed price: $1,399. Includes up to 15 appeal attempts.
A 50% refund will be issued if:
- The account remains deactivated after all appeal attempts
- The client has fully cooperated throughout the process
Refund will NOT apply if:
- The client provides false or misleading information
- Required documents are not provided or are invalid
- The client submits appeals independently during our process
- The account is reinstated at any point after payment
- The case involves severe violations (fraud, counterfeit, manipulation, or similar)
4.2 Account Verification Service
Fixed price: $299. This service does not include any refund under any circumstances.
The success of the verification process depends entirely on the accuracy, validity, and consistency of the documents and information provided by the client.
By purchasing this service, the client acknowledges that:
- The outcome is directly dependent on the documentation they provide
- We cannot control or modify official documents
- We cannot guarantee verification if documents are not valid or compliant
No refund will be issued if:
- The client is unable to provide valid documents
- The documents are rejected by Amazon
- The information provided is inconsistent or does not match Amazon records
- The client does not follow the instructions provided
- The verification process fails for any reason related to documentation
This service covers analysis, guidance, and support throughout the verification process, regardless of the final outcome.
4.3 Listing Reactivation Service
Fixed price: $400. Includes up to 15 appeal attempts. Service duration: up to 3 months from start date.
This service does not include any refund under any circumstances.
Listing reactivation depends on multiple external factors, including Amazon policies, product category restrictions, and documentation requirements, which are outside of our control.
By purchasing this service, the client acknowledges that:
- Results cannot be guaranteed
- The process depends on the nature of the issue
- Certain listings may not be eligible for reinstatement
No refund will be issued if:
- The listing cannot be reinstated
- The issue involves restricted products, safety violations, or intellectual property claims
- The client cannot provide valid invoices or required documentation
- The listing has been permanently removed by Amazon
The service includes full analysis, appeal strategy, and execution throughout the defined service period, regardless of the final outcome.
5. Refund Conditions (General)
Refunds are only applicable to specific services where explicitly stated.
Refund eligibility depends on:
- The nature of the service purchased
- The level of client cooperation
- The quality and validity of the documentation provided
Refunds will only be considered for services that explicitly include a refund policy. For services where no refund is stated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Refunds do not apply to work already performed, analysis, or time invested.
6. No Guarantee Clause
We do not guarantee:
- Account reinstatement
- Successful verification
- Listing reactivation
Our role is to maximize the probability of success using proven methods.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Decisions made by Amazon
- Loss of revenue or business interruption
- Any indirect or consequential damages
8. Scope of Service & New Issues Clause
Each service purchased covers only the specific issue or case agreed at the time of purchase.
Once the service has been completed — meaning:
- The account is reinstated
- The verification process is concluded
- The listing case has been resolved or fully executed
The service is considered fulfilled and closed.
Important
If a new issue arises after the service is completed, including but not limited to:
- New account suspension
- New verification request
- New listing deactivation
- Any different compliance issue
This will be treated as a completely new case and is not covered by the previous service.
Not Included
The client understands that:
- Our services are not ongoing support or subscription-based
- Each case is handled individually and independently
- Future issues require a new service purchase
Clarification
Even if the new issue appears shortly after resolving the previous one, it will not be considered a continuation unless explicitly agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
